Please Note: If you can't make all 3 sessions I also have the option of doing 2 sessions per week during the 8 week SJ Mind Body Training Program. 3 sessions per week is recommended for maximum results.
The SJ Mind Body Training program runs 4 times per year during school terms. Participants must commence training before the end of the first week. After this time the program is closed.
2 Sessions Per Week = $294 ($18.40 per session)
3 Sessions Per Week = $375 ($15.65 per session)
