After completing the first session (8 weeks) I am so happy I made the decision to join your group.
Although I havent reached that “goal in my head” yet I have noticed a big difference in my mindset and healthy choices when I’m out. If I do have one or two unhealthy foods, I am conscious of what I eat and the quantity I know in time, it will all click and I will just say NO to the foods that do not fuel my body and that time is not too far away because I can see a difference after this first round.
