I highly recommend Sarah’s program to all the women out there. I have just finished my first 8 week program and absolutely loved all elements of the programs including the sustainable approach to food that Sarah has, the different sessions/exercises and the support of all the ladies is amazing. I joined to get my motivation back but have gained so much more including being 3kg lighter and feeling so much healthily.
