Krystal Sarandis

This was my first ever fitness challenge and I must say my initial reservations were quickly vanished after my first 1 hour session.

Sarah is an incredible trainer and motivator, her knowledge and experience is second to none. She makes you feel so comfortable and installs belief in you that has helped me invaluably.
Over the 8 weeks, we received constant support, and knowledge via emails, facebook and sms across many areas of healthy living.

Every session was carefully planned by Sarah so that no 2 sessions were ever the same.
I’ve come out psychically and mentally much healthier and with a great long term attitude, all thanks to Sarah.

Already joined for the next challenge and can’t wait for it to start!
