I’d had some success losing weight before with the My Fitness Pal app but eventually got sick of having to religiously count calories and watch everything that I ate. For me, food is enjoyable, I love to eat and I don’t want to feel guilty about what I put in my mouth. Sarah has shown me that you don’t have to give anything up and I’ve had so much fun working out with a group of like-minded women.

The workouts were always different and I loved seeing my progress through the fitness testing at the beginning and the end (even though I hated them at the time.) I lost nearly 5 kilos over the course of the 8 week program and I never, ever felt like I was missing out on anything. Thanks so much Sarah, I will be back. Count on it!
