The best boot camp I’ve ever been apart of! Sarah was so supportive, motivating and friendly. She’s always considerate of different people needs and levels and makes adaptations to suit; so everyone is in an environment where they can achieve. Every session was different and well planned; and I was so happy with my results!
The support material was spot on too, with the idea that this was a lifestyle change, and that we aren’t restricting ourselves, but making choices for a healthier future. The weekly literature was easy to understand and apply to life. I can’t encourage people enough to give this a go; whether just starting out with fitness or wanting to head to the next level!!
